Two of three burglars end up in hospital after encountering armed homeowner

While gun control activists cite individual violent acts as evidence that the Second Amendment makes Americans less safe, reports of life-saving defensive firearms use provide consistent evidence to the contrary.

Philadelphia police reported one such example last week, explaining a homeowner was confronted by three masked intruders before rushing to retrieve his gun.

Authorities say two of the unnamed suspects, 18 and 15, were shot during the botched robbery. The former reported sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his torso while the latter received a minor injury.

Both were reportedly driven to a local hospital in a private vehicle. It is unclear from available reports whether the driver was a third, uninjured suspect.

I think it should be law. That if anyone wants to carry a gun on their person in their vehicle or keep it in their home. They should be allowed to. Just as long as they were not found mentally incompetent. Or committed a violent crime.
