Harvard student: Bible verses not allowed in campus ‘safe space’

According to one student’s account, as published in a recent edition of the campus newspaper, Harvard University is imposing strict speech codes on campus — including a ban on certain Bible verses within the anti-free-speech zones known as ‘safe spaces.’

Rachel Huebner wrote of her experience that she was engaged in a conversation with other students when she referenced a scripture to help make her point.

“A Harvard employee in the room immediately interjected,” she continued, “informing me that we were in a safe space and I was thus not permitted to discuss the controversial biblical passage.”
